With almost 30mm rain recorded for May, following the 76mm we recorded for April, this year's growing season is definitely shaping up to be a cracker. Weeds are also on the march, especially after the weekend rains, with demand now coming through for post-emergents, insecticides and fungicides. No main product shortages as of yet, but keep in touch with Timt o ensure that you are covered.
With new lambs on the ground, it's lovely to see so many beautiful pastures for them to frollick in - not quite as green as the 'Emerald Isle', but for a short time it bears a resemblance!
